Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase products from LeafTek Distributions ("LeafTek," "we," "us"). By placing an order you represent that you are 21+, that you are legally permitted to receive hemp-derived products in your delivery state, and that the billing/shipping information you provide is accurate. We use age-verification at checkout and at delivery; orders that fail verification are cancelled and refunded.

2. Products

LeafTek sells hemp-derived flower and related goods that comply with the federal Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the "2018 Farm Bill"). All flower we ship is hemp under federal law: less than 0.3% Δ9-THC by dry weight, verified by an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory before pack. Product photos are representative; actual cultivar appearance varies batch to batch. Cannabinoid and terpene values are reported per the most recent batch COA available at lab-results.html.

3. Orders & payment

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we charge your payment method and dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, age-verification failure, shipping into a non-served state, pricing error, or stock-out — and will refund any captured payment in full. Prices and promotions can change without notice; the price you pay is the price displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping & risk of loss

We ship to the 23 US states plus Washington DC listed on our ship-to map. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of your package. If a package is lost in transit by the carrier, we will file the claim and replace or refund the order; if a package is marked "delivered" but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days so we can open a carrier investigation.

5. Returns & refunds

Hemp flower is a perishable consumable; for safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened products. We will replace or refund damaged, defective, or incorrect orders free of charge — see our full returns policy for the claim process and timelines.

6. Compliance & lab testing

Every batch we sell is tested for cannabinoid potency, residual pesticides, heavy metals, microbial contaminants, mycotoxins, and residual solvents by ISO/IEC 17025 accredited labs (currently ACS Laboratory and Encore Labs). Certificates of Analysis are public, permanent, and indexed by batch ID at lab-results.html. You are responsible for confirming that the products you order are legal in your state and any state through which they pass.

7. Account terms

If you create a customer or wholesale account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under the account. Notify us immediately at sales@leaftekdistributions.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Wholesale accounts are subject to additional terms in the wholesale agreement signed at onboarding.

8. Intellectual property

The LeafTek name, the "LTD" mark, our website design, copy, photography, batch-ID system, and lab-results UI are owned by LeafTek Distributions or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce them without written permission, except to share product or COA links in their unmodified form.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, LeafTek's total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Oregon, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
