Hemp-derived THCa flower containing less than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight is federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. State laws shifted materially in 2024–2026 — we currently ship to 23 states + DC. When heat is applied (smoking, vaping, baking), THCa converts to delta-9 THC through a process called decarboxylation. Effects are comparable to traditional cannabis flower of similar potency. If you're new to it, start with a much smaller amount than you think you need.

No. THCa converts to delta-9 THC when heated, which causes impairment. Operating a vehicle or heavy machinery while impaired is dangerous and illegal regardless of the source. Wait until effects fully subside.

THCa is the acidic, non-intoxicating precursor to delta-9 THC. It's the form THC exists in on the live plant. When heated (smoked, vaped, cooked), it loses a carboxyl group and becomes delta-9 THC, which is intoxicating. So a high-THCa flower behaves much like a high-THC flower once you light it.

Keep it in the original sealed jar, out of direct sunlight, at 60-70°F and 55-62% relative humidity. The Boveda pack we include keeps the moisture dialed in. Properly stored, your flower stays fresh for 6+ months.

If you're new to high-potency flower: start with the smallest possible amount — one to two small puffs from a pipe — and wait 10 to 15 minutes before consuming more. You can always have more; you can't have less.

The batch ID is printed on every jar (format: LT-YYYY-MM-strain-N). Search that ID on the lab results archive, or scan the QR code on the jar to go straight to the COA page.

"ND" = "non-detect." It means the analyte (e.g. a specific pesticide) was below the lab's limit of quantification. It does NOT mean "we didn't test for it" — every panel includes the full target list. Look for the LOQ column to see the detection threshold.

Cross-validation. ACS Laboratory in Florida and Encore Labs in California are both ISO 17025 accredited. Using two independent operators with different instruments lets us catch instrument drift or sampling error before it ever reaches a customer.

Unopened, undamaged products: 14 days for a full refund. Damaged on arrival or doesn't match the published COA: contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right with a refund or replacement.
